The unicist contingency rooms are a tool to develop continuous improvement that transforms urgent problems into structural solutions. The installation of contingency rooms generates a positive cash-flow in the organizations where they are installed.
Contingency rooms are based on the use of unicist logical tools that ensure the building of structural solutions that upgrade the functionality of processes avoiding the repetition of problems while empowering their productivity and quality assurance. They use a virtual collaboration model that allows organizing local, regional and international solutions.
As structural solutions are necessarily adaptive, they always include a maximal strategy to expand the productivity / quality and a minimum strategy to ensure the functionality.
These contingency rooms use a complete set of unicist logical tools to manage these solutions:
Conceptual Design - Object Driven Continuous Improvement - Automated Quality Assurance - Problem Solving & Diagnostics Tool - Unicist Fishbone - Unicist Project Manager: Including plans A, B, C and D - Unicist Consultation Library - Avant Garde Groups - Development Groups - Think Tanks - Business Objects Building Tool – Virtual Collaboration.
Their activities are developed by three types of working groups depending on the processes that need to be upgraded:
1) Avant Garde Groups to improve process and manage changes.
2) Development Groups to design and develop processes and business objects.
3) Think Tanks to solve problems that require R&D work.
The technologies to manage contingency rooms are transferred as a service to generate a positive cashflow.
The technologies are transferred by the Unicist Corporate University that also supports their implementation.
The projects are counseled in real time to ensure their functionality and the generation of the possible results.
There are Avant Garde Groups, Development Groups and Think Tanks to develop participative structural solutions.
These tools provide a framework and procedures to develop structural solutions based on the fundamentals of processes.
The Unicist Consultation Library is used to access the concepts of the processes and of the problems to build solutions.
The Unicist Research Institute (TURI) is, since 1976, a private global decentralized research center specialized in complexity sciences that is focused on the research of the evolution of adaptive systems. It has an academic arm, the Unicist Corporate University, and a business arm, the Unicist Confederation.
More than 5,000 unicist ontological researches were developed since 1976 in the field of basic sciences, life sciences and individual, institutional and social evolution.
Research in Life sciences
The unicist complexity science approach allowed defining the scientific foundations of medicine and discovering, among others, the unicist ontological structures of: Health, amino acids, destructive tests in biology, clinical trials, viruses, chronic diseases, addictions, stress, cures, immune systems, therapeutics, diseases, medical specialties, universal diagnostics, research and researchers and prevention.
The main countries that originated these researches were: US, DE, UK, FR, JP, SE, CA, CH, IN, BR, AR, CAT, RU, CN, AU. TURI's Future Research Laboratory has completed the research of 70 countries' archetypes.

The unicist approach is based on the emulation of the intelligence that underlies nature, named ontogenetic intelligence of nature, which regulates the evolution of living beings having a triadic structure (purpose, active principle, energy conservation principle) that integrates a maximal strategy to grow and a minimum strategy to survive.
Nature is organized by objects, which have multiple functions. The organs of the human body are evident objects in natural processes. Emulating nature implies organizing by the use of objects that have a purpose, an added value and an intrinsic quality assurance process to ensure their functionality.
Objects in nature are complex adaptive entities that have a purpose in the ecosystem they belong to, have an added value to the environment and a quality assurance function that ensures their survival. An evident example of objects are the organs of the human body.
The purpose of conceptual design is to define the process architecture of the solution. The emulation of the solution becomes possible if the conceptual knowledge of the solution is available. The conceptual knowledge requires managing the ontogenetic map that defines the functionality of the concept that drives the solution.
Unicist business objects are encapsulated adaptive systems that produce predefined results that can be inserted in work processes to increase productivity and quality and to save energy. Objects are productive adaptive units that have a concept, an added value, the necessary quality assurance and a methodology to ensure the minimum strategy. To imagine an object please consider an automatic pilot in an airplane. It can be considered a “paradigmatic” object.
The double dialectical actions are actions driven by the maximal and minimum strategies that are integrated by the purpose that needs to be achieved. Double dialectical actions are necessary to produce results in adaptive environments. These maximal and minimum strategies are contradictory at an operational level but need to coexist to ensure results in adaptive environments.
The Unicist Ontology describes the nature of reality by emulating the ontogenetic intelligence of nature. There is an ontological logic to understand the nature of a given reality. Nature is not a question of opinion. From a functional point of view, the nature of a specific reality is unique. This implies that there can only be “one” unicist ontology of something.
Ontogenetic maps are conceptual ontological maps that define the ontogenetic algorithms that explain the nature of an adaptive entity or system and its dynamics of evolution and functionality.
The Unicist Standard defines the structures and the unified fields that have to be managed in an adaptive system in order to organize it and achieve the results that have been defined as possible. This allows managing the unified field of human adaptive systems in a reasonable, understandable and provable way.
The unicist unified field is defined by the ontogenetic map of a function or system and is materialized in processes and objects that allow achieving the purpose of such function. When it is integrated by people and/or groups of people it includes the definition of roles.
The Unicist Theory explains the evolution and dynamics of complex adaptive entities whether they are natural beings or artificial entities. This theory is based on the discovery of the triadic structure of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature.
The preexisting approaches were based on a dualistic, empiric and univocal (cause-effect) approach to adaptive systems dealing with the KNOW-HOW of things. The unicist approach is based on a triadic (pragmatic-structuralist-functional) and bi-univocal approach that deals with the KNOW-HOW and the KNOW-WHY of the evolution of things.
The preexisting approaches were based on the development of univocal (cause-effect) actions to generate results, while the unicist technologies are based on the development of double dialectical actions that include the development of maximal actions to grow and minimum strategies to ensure survival.
The paradigm shift of the Unicist Theory is based on the discovery of the ontogenetic intelligence of nature, which is the intelligence that underlies nature and is based on emulating the maximal and minimum strategies that are implicit in such intelligence.
The unicist technologies are necessary to ensure results when dealing with adaptive environments. Every problem is complex when a possible, predefined, result needs to be achieved.
They are technologies that include driving objects, inhibiting objects, entropy inhibiting objects, catalyzing objects and gravitational objects to save energy when designing processes. These objects have to fulfill the Unicist Standard to ensure the saving of energy.
Unicist Strategies are based on the emulation of the strategies implicit in the intelligence that underlies nature and imply the existence of a maximal strategy, with its implicit actions, to grow or expand and a minimum strategy, with its implicit actions, in order to ensure survival.
The unicist IT architecture is based on the integration of IT architecture and business architecture, which requires managing the conceptual design of business functions and defining their unified field that integrates processes, roles and objects emulating the organization of nature.
Unicist marketing is based on the discovery of the roots of human intelligence and the use of a unicist strategic approach to develop maximal and minimum marketing actions. It includes the use of commercial, semantic and semiotic objects to influence buying processes and the development of customer profiles based on the use of the unicist segmentation model and the conceptual structures of the markets that have been researched.
The Unicist Education is a superior education model that is based on the learning of structural solutions for businesses, considering them as adaptive systems. All the programs are based on managing the structure of businesses by understanding their functions, concepts, processes, roles and objects in order to build structural solutions. The unicist educational technology for superior education allows transferring conceptual business technologies to individuals. This approach is based on transferring technologies in a “solution building factory” environment.
The unicist reflection process, which is based on an action-reflection-action process, allows apprehending the concepts of reality. This is necessary to manage the nature of things when a complex adaptive environment needs to be managed. It has to be considered that any adaptive environment becomes complex when predefined results need to be achieved. Unicist education uses reflection processes because it is focused on businesses considered as adaptive systems.
Unicist Conceptual Anthropology is the complexity scientific approach to human behavior and the structural analysis of individuals’ deeds in order to forecast their evolution. It defines the essential rules cultures follow in order to survive as a species.
Unicist Conceptual Economics proposes defining what is possible to be achieved given the present circumstances, defining the actions that need to be done to improve the future circumstances and then finally use this definition of possibilities as an input for the systemic approaches to define the operational actions within the limits that have been established. Unicist mathematics allows defining the possibilities of actions and the probabilities of their success to achieve pre-established goals.
Unicist Future Research is the basic input for strategy building and is based on the approach to future scenarios using the unicist ontology of evolution. The management of the laws of evolution allowed developing a future research model that is based on finding the unicist ontological structures of a scenario in the past and using the data of the present in order to infer the future.
