Group TWG
The objective of the Alliance is to build a critical mass to be able to deliver maintenance services to midsize and large Hospitals across the US. Its leadership is based on a matrix organization: on one hand, the business aspects and, on the other hand, the technological solutions. The business aspects are managed by a delegate of The Weston Group and the technological solutions are managed by a delegate from The Unicist Research Institute.
From December 1st, 2011 on there will be an Advisory Associate Committee as part of the leading group.
