Is The Weston Group right for you?
The work at Weston is rarely the same from day to day. Our technical work can occur at any time. On-site work will be done when it has the least impact on clients which most likely includes weekends or weekday hours after 9 to 5.

The Weston Group is located in Southwest Houston, minutes from Sugar Land and the Medical Center. We are a mile from the Sam Houston Tollway and State Highway 59. Our technicians often work at client locations, which are currently throughout the Houston metro area.

This job is not for everyone. It is for those wanting to make a difference. If you are results-oriented, then you will be happy at Weston. You will work, be paid well for that work, have the chance to learn continuously, and get paid to play with computers. If you like this computer stuff, then working at Weston will be very cool.
Pay and Benefits
Our positions are salaried positions in which the employee is either exempt or non-exempt from overtime pay depending on position and pay rate. Weston offers vacation and paid time off. Weston offers full-time employees health and dental coverage, which can be partially covered by Weston. Weston offers every full-time employee, after their probationary period, the opportunity to participate in a Simple IRA with matching funds from Weston. We also offer every full-time employee the opportunity to participate in a 529 College savings plan.
